Wood Apple Sherbet | Re-visiting Through the Lens Series – 2

After enjoying the success of my first post in Re-visiting Through the Lens series, I decided to re-visit few more recipes already posted here.

Wood Apple Sherbet came on top as the next post as it was one of my most viewed recipes this summer and I felt that better photos would have taken this post places, literally! Comparing the old & the new is very self-satisfying – where I have reached and where I can reach!

“The best camera is the one that’s with you.” – Chase Jarvis

Summer is almost over in my part of the country and on a breezy trip to my mom’s place a month ago, I managed to have this lovely drink few times, only! I wanted it to be many more times, but my 1 year old daughter, proved quite a handful during the entire stay. Don’t even get me started on this topic, I would be mopping this blog with my trials as a mother. :)

Wood Apple Sherbet is special for me – it is healthy, it is tasty, sugary and have loads of lovely childhood memories attached to it. This is my go-to drink in all of summer!

For photographs, I think they are few of the best I’ve clicked till now. A pat on my back! ;) I’m quite amazed at the beautiful results my same old camera has been giving me. Only practice & drive to learn has made me realize the full potential of the camera and it’s subject. I’m far from attaining flawless shoots, all images can be dealt/ presented differently and probably as better shots. But that’s what I call learning curve. May be two years later, I’ll do a re-visit on this post. :)
