Euriska with GourmetItUp Experience #FollowTheFoodie
The Photo blog is here on my recent outing with GourmetItUp for a multi city event they are hosting namely, #FollowTheFoodie
I decided that Sangria is not my drink, no matter how tempting it looks.
Since I have already been there and had quite enjoyed the food at Euriska, I knew the food would be great.
The delight was the beginning of the 5 course meal – Fakis a lentil based Greek soup which was really simple and worthy.
The chickpea fritters were good and the garlic yogurt was divine.
As expected the food was good, ambiance was great and we had a great time.
Though Bastille – a vegetables encased in phyllo, tomato basil sauce was not new for me, it still was as good as it was during the last time.
I stuck to my vegetarian fare and hubby indulged in some non-veg fare.
The Baklava was reminiscent of all things Mediterranean.
I also had a small walk-through in the kitchen with getting a real close peep into the wood fire oven. That was a real treat.
Stay tuned while I take you on #FollowTheFoodie journey across Pune in coming weeks. I am the featured blogger all this month in Pune.
