Arthur’s Theme with GourmetItUp Experience #FollowTheFoodie
After a long time I had some real good, finely balanced meal.
Though it was solitary but was enjoyable all the more.
The owner Kabir Ahuja was an attentive host with a very fine taste in selection.
He presented to me the dishes he recommends and I must say I enjoyed each of them.
For starters he served me Karl which is sautéed spinach and corn croquettes. The special sauce was good.
Along with Cecelia which is baked Italian bread topped with olives, sun-dried tomatoes & mozzarella.
For salad I chose honey n mustard salad and I must say I didn’t regret.
The main course was Ferdinand which cottage cheese & mushroom cooked in delicately flavoured sauce and served with special rice.
Though I told him there is too much of Tiramisu everywhere and I would not like to try it but he insisted by serving a very tiny portion. And it was very good.
He also chose another dessert which is not in GourmetItUp Experience – Suzette Crepes. They were really phenomenal especially the fact that they didn’t taste eggy which is my biggest fear when it comes to crepes of pancakes.
I hunted for a companion to join me but couldn’t manage one. So it was a solitary meal with a glass of wine to accompany and I don’t regret it.
