Iced Coffee | Frappé
Over a year ago, my friend, Medha gave me Iced coffee. It was one of the best frappe I had, had – very simple, filling and with right amount of sugar and coffee to it. I found out that it was made by her husband and it’s sort of his specialty. So she was tasked to learn from him and teach me. Finally she did. And here is a deconstructed version of his recipe.
Keeping aside the coffee for 15-20 minutes, really adds to the froth and creamy side of coffee. So I highly recommend it.
You can use skimmed milk but it tastes better with whole milk.
You may need to adjust sugar as per your taste. I usually go for mild sweet, so for me 3 Tablespoons of sugar was perfect.
You can use vanilla, butterscotch, coffee or chocolate flavours of ice-cream.
I prefer less ice cubes, so I added about 4 ice-cubes, you can add so me more if you like.
