Chana Water Recipe | Black Chana Protein Shake
Chana water, made from soaked black chana, is a natural homemade protein shake. Packed with nutrients, it supports weight loss, boosts energy, and promotes overall health.

soaked overnight

Instructions
Soak the Chana:
Wash and soak black chana overnight. Drain the water in the morning.
Cook the Chana:
Pressure cook with 3 cups water and 1 tsp salt for 4–5 whistles until soft.
Save the Water:
Drain and collect the cooking water in a bowl. Use the chana for
kebabs
, curry, or salad.
Season the Water:
Add black salt and roasted jeera powder to the water. Stir well.
Serve Warm:
Pour into a cup, add optional lemon juice or mint, and enjoy hot.
