Oats Bread is a yeast-free bread made using whole wheat flour and oats. It uses honey to sweeten it lightly. A healthy take on bread and suitable for people who are yeast intolerant.

Servings: 1 bread loaf
- 3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup oats quick cooking type
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1½ tbsp butter softened
- 2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 200 °C. Grease & dust a loaf tin.
Combine all dry ingredients. Then mix in butter using your fingers.
Add milk & honey, until well combined.
Pour batter in prepared pan, sprinkle some oats on top & bake for 45-50 mins.
Serve warm.
