Sicilian Pesto Pasta


250 grams of penne or any other pasta of your choice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of Sicilian Pesto
½ tablespoon of dried basil (use fresh if available)
2 tablespoon of grated cheese
salt and other dried herbs as per taste


1. Cook pasta as per instructions on your package. Drain the pasta.
2. In a flat bottomed pan, heat oil. Add pesto. Sauté for a couple of minutes. Add drained pasta and mix well.
3. Add grated cheese, salt and other herbs if using. Serve hot with bread or as main dish.


If the pesto is ready then making this is breeze and you have a perfect meal on your hand.
